Rules & Regulations

  1. The admission to the school is purely based on merit.
  2. All students will have to abide by the school timings and ensure proper attendance and participation in daily assembly.
  3. Parents will be solely responsible for pick and drop of their children at school timings.
  4. Students must come to school in proper and neat clean uniform.
  5. The school uniform must be worn correctly and with pride within school and at all school functions. Students with dirty uniform, without uniform, without proper haircut, wearing any ornament will not be allowed to attend the classes.
  6. Official permission will have to be taken from the Principal for meeting students during school timings or for an early leave.
  7. Leave will be granted to the students only on submission of a written application signed by father / guardian to the Principal
  8. In case of leave of sickness for more than 2 days, medical certificate signed by a registered doctor will have to be submitted along with the application.
  9. The name of a student will be struck off in case of continuous absences (without application) for 6 days and fee of Rs.1000 will be charged at the time of readmission for all classes
  10. An absence (without application) fine of Rs.10 per day for classes 5 to 10 will be charged.
  11. Only those students will be eligible for annual examination who are regular (i.e. attendance more than 75%), obtain more than 40% marks in term. examination and clear all the school dues.
  12. Parents are requested to check the home work diary & E-mail of students daily and read carefully the reports, guidelines and complaints sent by their respective teachers.
  13. Parents are requested to check the bags of students daily and make sure that everything is present as per the time table.
  14. School administration does not encourage private tuition classes from our school faculty, especially for students enrolled with us whose parents want to hire them as private tutors.
  15. Offering gifts to faculty members without the permission of Principal is strictly prohibited.
  16. Students are strictly prohibited to exchange money, books or stationary among themselves in any case, form or type.
  17. A student who fails to keep pace with his / her class will be demoted to the preceding lower class by the Principal.
  18. Habitual absent, lazy, disobedient or unruly students will be struck off from the school.
  19. Parents / guardian are specially requested to notify the school about any change in their address or phone number
  20. Students will have to submit a written application, at least 7 days prior for the School Leaving Certificate.
  21. Any damage done to the school property will have to be paid for.
  22. School administration will not be responsible for any accident / injury to students before or after the official school timings.
  23. Fee is charged for the whole year i.e. 12 months. Fee vouchers will be issued to the students on 1st of every month. Parents must deposit Fee upto 10 of every month.
  24. After the 20th of the concerning month, the name of the student will be struck off in case of non-payment of school fees.
  25. Fee for the months of June, July & Aug. will be charged from all the students enrolled in the month of June, even if they come to school in Sep.
  26. Fee should be paid along with the fee voucher in the school office during the visiting hours.
    Summer 7.30 a.m. to 09.30 a.m.
    Winter 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
  27. All dues paid to school are non-refundable in any case except security fee.
  28. The school administration reserves the rights of admission and expulsion of any student.

The decisions taken by the Principal in all cases are final and cannot be challenged in any court.
